a) Links to the Website
Anyone who intends to include in a Website (“Linking Website”) a link that directs to the Website will have to request the same from ÒMNIUM and comply with current legislation. In no case may it host its own or third-party content that: (i) is illegal, harmful, violent, racist, denigrating, etc.; and/or (ii) is inappropriate or irrelevant in relation to ÒMNIUM.
A link does not imply that ÒMNIUM backs, promotes, guarantees, supervises and/or recommends the content and/or services of the Linking Website or that it is responsible for its content. In the event of non-compliance with any of the aforementioned terms, ÒMNIUM will immediately proceed to revoke the consent granted to the Linking Website, which will have to remove the link.

The distinctive signs included in the Website (commercial brand and names) are owned by ÒMNIUM or its licensors.
Use of the Website by the user does not imply the transfer of any right of intellectual and/or industrial property over the Website and its content.
In this sense, the user is expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting and/or undertaking any other form of distribution of the Website, its content and/or the distinctive signs ÒMNIUM without express authorisation.

If any of the clauses of this legal notice are declared totally or partially null or ineffective, that invalidity or ineffectiveness will only affect this provision or the part of it that is invalid or ineffective, with the rest remaining in force and the affected part considered inapplicable. For these purposes, the legal notice will only stop being valid exclusively with regard to the invalid or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision thereof will be annulled, invalidated, damaged or affected by this invalidity or inefficiency, unless it affects the legal notice comprehensively by being essential.
